GENKAN, your home
Your home page — your plan, your account and support.
GENKAN is the first page you see after you sign in. Think of it as your home in ClawBack.
To open it any time, go to GENKAN.
Your home page
At the top you see a short note. It reminds you that our analysis is for learning, not advice.
Below it are boxes called tiles. Each tile shows one thing and has a button to open it.
- Outlooks — how many Outlooks came out this week. Click Open outlooks to read them. No plan yet? Then the button opens Billing, where you can start a free trial. The button says how many days the trial lasts. With no trial on offer, it says See plans.
- Results — how often past Outlooks reached their goal. Click Open results to see each one.
- Account — your email and whether it is verified. Click Manage account.
- Support — your questions to our team. Click Open support.
- Billing — your plan and what you paid. Click Plans or Statement.
- Documentation & Guides — this guide. Click Open the guides.
- Signals on Telegram — Outlooks on Telegram. This plan is on sale soon. The tile shows where you stand. See Outlooks on Telegram.
- TAIKO · WhatsApp — Outlook alerts on WhatsApp. They are coming soon, so the tile says Coming soon. See Outlook alerts on WhatsApp.
Once WhatsApp alerts are on sale, their tile shows where you stand:
- Set up — your plan includes them. Click Set up to connect your WhatsApp.
- Active — your alerts are on. Click Open TAIKO to see your settings.
- Paused — you paused your alerts. Click Resume to start them again.
- Stopped — you stopped your alerts, for example by sending STOP. Click Connect again to start again.
- Unreachable — WhatsApp didn't accept our last messages to your number. Click Connect again.
- Not in your plan — your plan doesn't include WhatsApp alerts. Click See plans.
- Needs Outlooks — you need an Outlooks plan first. Click See Outlooks plans.
You may see more tiles, depending on your plan. A tile marked Coming soon is not open yet.
The menu
The menu is on the left side of the page. On a phone, tap ☰ at the top left to open it.
- The top part takes you to each part of ClawBack, like Outlooks in the DOJO.
- Telegram, in the TAIKO group, is where you set up Outlooks on Telegram. See Outlooks on Telegram.
- WhatsApp, just under Telegram, is where you will set up Outlook alerts on WhatsApp. It has a small Soon badge while it is not on sale. See Outlook alerts on WhatsApp.
- At the bottom is your name. Click it to see Profile / Account, Support, Billing and Sign out.
Your account
To open it, click your name at the bottom of the menu. Then click Profile / Account.
Your name
- In Profile, change your Name.
- Click Save.
You can't change your email address here. To use a new email, open a support ticket.
Change your password
- In Password, type your Current password.
- Type your New password, then type it again in Confirm new password.
- Click Change password.
The rules for a good password are in Getting started. When you change it, we sign you out on your other devices.
Two-step sign-in
Two-step sign-in keeps your account safe, even if someone learns your password. After your password, you show one more thing that only you have: a code from an app on your phone, or a passkey (your fingerprint, face or device PIN).
- Paid plans need it. After you pay, you see Protect your account when you sign in. Click Set up now, or click Later. After 7 days, you see Two-step sign-in required. Then you must set it up to go on.
- Free plans and trials don't need it. You can still turn it on. We recommend it.
To set it up:
- Click your name at the bottom of the menu. Then click Profile / Account.
- In the Security box, click Open security.
- Click Add authenticator app. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app on your phone.
- Type the 6-digit code from the app.
- You get ten recovery codes. Click Download .txt and keep the file somewhere safe. Each code signs you in once if you lose your phone.
Prefer your fingerprint, face or device PIN? Click Add a passkey instead. Sometimes we first email you a 6-digit code, to check it's you.
When you sign in, type the 6-digit code from your app after your password, or use your passkey. This also happens when you sign in with Google.
Lost your phone? On the sign-in page, click Use a recovery code. No codes left? Write to support@clawback.capital.
What you accepted
The Legal box lists our documents. For each one, you see when you accepted it. Click View ↗ to read the document.
When a document changes, we ask you again the next time you sign in.
Did you connect WhatsApp alerts? Then the box also lists them, under WhatsApp alerts. Each row shows:
- Agreed or Stopped.
- How it happened, for example code sent from WhatsApp or STOP sent in WhatsApp.
- The last digits of your number. We never show your full number.
- When it happened.
Open What you agreed to to read the sentence you agreed to. See Outlook alerts on WhatsApp.
Your devices
The Sessions box lists the devices where you are signed in. Your current device says This device.
- To sign out one device, click Revoke next to it.
- To sign out everywhere else, click Sign out other devices.
Don't know a device in the list? Sign it out. Then change your password.
Your data
- To get a copy of your data: click Export my data. A file downloads to your device.
- To delete your account: type your password in Type your password to confirm. Then click Delete account.
Deleting your account signs you out everywhere. Your personal data is erased after 30 days. This can't be undone.
