How plans, trials, billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds work across every ClawBack.capital service.
ClawBack.capital is a trading name of [Registered name], a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number [Company number]. Registered office: [Registered office address]. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company.
1. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance in the currency shown at checkout. Checkout shows the total you pay, including any VAT or other sales tax that applies where you live, before you confirm.
Who sells to you. Card and wallet payments are sold through Onelink, Stripe's reseller service, which is the seller of record for them: your bank statement shows LINK.COM* followed by our name, and Onelink issues the tax invoice. Onelink's own terms for buyers, the Sold Through Onelink Terms, also apply to a card purchase. Where we accept crypto payments, you pay us directly and these terms alone apply.
Renewal. Plans renew automatically until you cancel:
- Monthly: renews every month until you cancel.
- Yearly: billed once for twelve months at the price of ten, and renews every twelve months until you cancel.
- Annual, paid monthly: a twelve-month commitment billed in twelve monthly instalments. After the twelve months it continues month to month at the same instalment price until you cancel, with no further commitment.
To stop a renewal, cancel in GENKAN › Billing before the renewal date (section 3). The plan then ends at the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged.
2. Free trial
Where a plan offers a free trial, it lasts seven business days, Monday to Friday (weekends do not count), from the moment you start it. You give your card at checkout when you start the trial, and nothing is charged that day. Cancel in GENKAN › Billing before the trial ends and nothing is charged. If you do not cancel, the plan you chose starts when the trial ends: it is charged on that day and then renews as section 1 describes until you cancel. Each account can have one free trial per service.
3. Cancelling and the early-exit difference
You can cancel any plan at any time in GENKAN › Billing. It stops at the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.
- Monthly and yearly plans: nothing more to pay. A yearly plan paid up front runs to the end of its year; we do not refund part of a year, except where these terms say so.
- Annual, paid monthly: if you leave before the twelve months are up, you pay the difference between the instalments you have paid and the monthly price for the same months, shown before you confirm. The remaining instalments are cancelled. Once the twelve months are up, you can cancel at any time with nothing more to pay.
4. Refunds and your right to cancel
24 hours to change your mind. You can cancel a new purchase within 24 hours of paying for it and get a full refund. A new purchase is the first payment of a subscription, including the first charge after a free trial, or a one-off purchase.
Your access starts at once. When you buy a plan or start a free trial, you ask us to start your access at once and confirm that you lose your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once it starts. You do this by ticking a box before checkout; it is never ticked for you, and you cannot continue without it. We confirm what you agreed, and when, by email. If you did not give this agreement, you can cancel within 14 days of paying and get a full refund.
How to ask. Use Refund next to the payment in GENKAN › Billing, or write to Support at support@clawback.capital. For a card payment you can also contact Onelink support. You can refund yourself in GENKAN once for each service; any further refund, and any refund of a crypto payment, goes through Support, within the same time limit.
What a refund does. We refund the whole amount: a card payment to the card you paid with, a crypto payment to a wallet you control, in the same token. Your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show a card refund. A refund ends the plan that payment was for: the plan stops at once, and so does its access.
Renewals. A renewal, and each later instalment of a twelve-month commitment, is not a new purchase and is not refunded. Cancel any time before the renewal date and the plan stops at the end of the period you have paid for (section 3).
If something goes wrong. If we fail to provide what you paid for, tell us and we will put it right or refund the affected period. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Changes to plans and prices
We may change what a plan includes or what it costs. A price change reaches you at least thirty days before it applies, and never within a term you have already paid for. If you do not accept a change you can cancel before it takes effect.
6. Prepaid terms
Where a prepaid term is offered it runs for the period paid and does not renew automatically. We remind you before it ends; a payment that arrives after the term has ended still lands as credit on your account. You can ask Support to refund unused credit at any time.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end a plan for non-payment, for a breach of the Acceptable Use or the Terms of Use, or where the law requires. If we end a plan because you seriously broke the Terms of Use or the Acceptable Use rules, we refund the unused part of any period you paid for, minus any loss your breach caused us.
