The few rules that keep the service fair for everyone who pays for it.
1. One person per account
An account is for one named person. Do not share your sign-in, your session or your API keys, and do not let anyone else use the service through your account. A team needs an organisation with a seat for each member.
2. No redistribution
Analysis, outlooks, signals, scores, charts and data are licensed to you for your own use. Do not copy, publish, resell, relay or feed them to others, in whole or in part, and do not build a product or a channel on top of them without a written agreement with us.
3. No scraping or automated abuse
Use the API only through keys we issue, within the rate limits and quotas of your plan. Do not scrape the apps, probe the service, circumvent limits or gates, or interfere with other customers' use.
4. Lawful use only
Do not use the service for anything unlawful where you are, including market manipulation, insider dealing, sanctions evasion or money laundering. You are responsible for knowing what is lawful in your country.
5. Keep your account secure
Use a strong password, keep your keys secret and tell us at once if you think your account has been used by someone else. Sessions and keys can be revoked from your account page at any time.
6. Enforcement
We may warn, suspend or end an account that breaks these rules, and revoke its keys and sessions. Where a breach causes us loss we may recover it.
