Pay with crypto
Pay for one month of a plan with USDT, instead of a card.
Some plans can be paid with crypto instead of a card. We call this KOBAN. You pay for one month at a time, with no card.
Look for Checkout with crypto on a plan card in Billing. If you see it, you can pay that plan this way.
Before you start
You need:
- a crypto wallet or an exchange account that can send USDT. You can send it on one of two networks:
- TRON, also called TRC-20.
- BNB Smart Chain, also called BEP-20 or BSC.
- enough USDT for the price.
- a little extra for the network fee. On TRON the fee is paid in TRX. On BNB Smart Chain it is paid in BNB. Most exchanges take the fee for you.
Most wallets and exchanges can send on both networks. Binance, Trust Wallet and MetaMask can send on BNB Smart Chain.

Always send on the network you chose. Money sent on another network does not reach your invoice, and it can be lost.
Start the payment
- Open Billing in GENKAN.
- On the plan you want, click Checkout with crypto.
- Choose your network: USDT on TRON · TRC-20 or USDT on BNB Smart Chain · BEP-20.
- Click Continue.
Choose the network your wallet or exchange will send on. You can't change it later on the invoice. To use the other network, go back and start again.
Pay the invoice
The next page is your invoice. It shows the amount, an address and a timer.
- Copy the address. Click Copy to do it safely. You can also scan the QR code with your wallet.
- In your wallet, pick the same network as the invoice: TRON (TRC-20) or BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20).
- Send exactly the amount shown.
- Check the amount in your wallet before you send. If your wallet doesn't fill it in, type it yourself.
- Send it before the timer runs out. You have 30 minutes.
- Click I've sent it.
I've sent it just checks for your payment again. The page also checks by itself every 10 seconds.
A BNB Smart Chain address
A BNB Smart Chain address starts with 0x. The same address also exists on other networks, like Ethereum or Base. Your wallet may let you send to it on any of them.
Only USDT sent on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) reaches your invoice. The invoice page reminds you of this under the amount.
What happens next
Your payment needs to be confirmed by the network. This usually takes about a minute.
- First you see Waiting for your transfer.
- Then you see the confirmations add up. For example: Seen on chain — 5 of 19 confirmations.
- On TRON the page waits for 19 confirmations. On BNB Smart Chain it waits for 15.
- When enough confirmations are in, the page says Paid and opens your service.
We email you a receipt. Your plan runs for one calendar month from that moment.
If something goes wrong
- You sent too little. The page tells you how much is missing. Send the rest to the same address, on the same network.
- You sent too much. The page tells you about the extra amount.
- The timer ran out. Click Start again. You get a new invoice with a new timer.
- Your payment doesn't show. Wait a few minutes. Check that you sent on the network the invoice shows. Still stuck? Contact support and send the transaction ID from your wallet.
- You sent on the wrong network. For example, USDT on Ethereum to a BNB Smart Chain invoice. The payment does not reach your invoice, and nothing fixes it by itself. Don't pay again yet. Contact support with the transaction ID and the network you used. We will look, but we can't promise to get it back.
Crypto payments can't be reversed. Check the network, the address and the amount before you send.
Keeping your plan
A crypto plan does not renew by itself. We email you 7 days, 2 days and 1 day before your month ends. The email has a Renew now link.
To keep your plan, pay again for the next month. You can choose either network each time. Your past crypto payments are listed in Billing, under Crypto invoices.
