This policy explains which cookies ClawBack.capital sets, what they do, and how you choose. It sits alongside the Privacy Policy.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work at all; others belong to third parties whose content we embed. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels) are covered by the same choice.
2. Essential cookies — always on
These are strictly necessary and are set without asking, as the law allows:
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
torii_session | keeps you signed in across our apps | until you sign out, or the session expires |
torii_flow | protects a sign-in in progress against forgery | a few minutes |
cb_consent | remembers your cookie choice | 12 months |
3. Preference cookies — only when you choose
These are set only when you choose a theme or a language, so that every page remembers your choice. Clear them in your browser to object.
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
torii_lang | remembers the language you chose | 12 months |
theme | remembers light or dark | 12 months |
4. Third-party cookies — only if you accept
Some pages embed content from other companies, and that content can set its own cookies:
- TradingView — the free chart on our site is a TradingView widget. It loads only after you choose Accept all; until then the page shows a placeholder you can accept from.
We do not run advertising, analytics or tracking pixels of our own.
5. Fonts
Our typefaces are served by Adobe Fonts on every page. To deliver them, your browser connects to Adobe, which receives your IP address and the address of the page to count font use for licensing. Adobe says it does not set cookies or store your IP address for this.
6. Your choice
The banner offers Accept all or Essential only. Nothing is pre-selected. The choice is stored in the cb_consent cookie for twelve months and applies across every clawback.capital host. You can change it any time from Cookie settings in the footer, or by clearing the cookie in your browser. If you are signed in, we also record the choice against your account so we can show you what you agreed to.
7. Changes
When this policy changes, the version above changes with it. You can review or change your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer.
