You can use parts of ClawBack for free. A paid plan opens more, like full Outlooks for the markets you follow.

Everything about money lives in one place: Billing in GENKAN. We never ask for your card anywhere else.

Open Billing

  1. Sign in and go to GENKAN.
  2. Click your name at the bottom of the menu.
  3. Click Billing.

You can also go straight to Billing.

At the top you see your current plan. Below are the plans you can choose. Further down are your payments.

Choose a plan

Each plan card lists what it includes. For example, the markets it covers, or full Outlooks with all the levels.

  1. Read the plan cards. Pick the one that fits you.
  2. Click Choose. Or click the free trial button, if the plan has one.
  3. A short message opens. Read it and tick the box. Then click Continue to checkout.
  4. A secure payment page opens. Type your card details there.
  5. Confirm the payment.

By ticking the box, you ask us to start your access right away. Once it starts, you lose your 14-day right to cancel. You can still get all your money back within 24 hours. We email you a copy, with the date and time.

When you are done, you go straight to the service you bought.

Prices change from time to time. Billing always shows the current price. You can also see the plans on our Pricing page. Prices include VAT where it applies. The price you see is the price you pay.

Free trial

Some plans start with a free trial. The button tells you how long. For example: Start 3-business-day trial.

  • The trial lasts the number of business days on the button, Monday to Friday. Weekends don't count.
  • You add your card on the secure payment page when you start the trial. Nothing is charged that day.
  • When the trial ends, the plan starts and your card is charged. Then it renews every month, or every year, until you cancel.
  • Don't want to keep it? Cancel before the trial ends. Then you pay nothing.

Billing shows the date of your first payment. You get one free trial for each service.

Monthly or yearly

Some plans can be paid monthly or yearly. If so, you see a switch: Monthly | Annual.

  • Monthly: you pay every month until you cancel. You can stop any time.
  • Annual: you pay for a year. You get two months free. You can pay the whole year at once. Or you can pay each month for 12 months.

Plans renew by themselves until you cancel. A monthly plan renews every month. A yearly plan renews every year.

Paying each month for a year is a promise to stay 12 months. If you leave early, you pay a small difference. It covers the gap to the monthly price, for the months you used. After the 12 months, the plan goes on month by month at the same price. Then you can stop any time. The Subscription Terms explain this.

Your currency

We show prices in your local currency when we can. We use US dollars, British pounds, euros, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars and UAE dirhams. Anywhere else, prices are in US dollars.

  • Before your first plan, you can pick another currency from the list.
  • Your first plan fixes the currency. After that, Billing shows Billed in and your currency. It stays the same for all your plans.

Promo codes

Got a promo code? You can use it in two places.

  • On the plan card: type it in the box Have a code? · Promo code. Then click the plan's button.
  • On the payment page: type it in the promotion code box.

If the code doesn't fit the plan, you see a message. The discount shows on your current plan.

Alerts on WhatsApp

The TAIKO · WhatsApp card is for Outlook alerts on WhatsApp. They are coming soon. For now, the card says Coming soon. You can't choose it yet.

Once it is on sale:

  • It needs an Outlooks plan first. The alerts are about your Outlooks. Without one, the card's button stays off. The card tells you why: Needs an Outlooks plan first — the alerts are about your Outlooks. Choose an Outlooks plan first.
  • It includes up to 100 instant alerts a month. After that, you get them in a daily digest.
  • It is a plan of its own. It is separate from TAIKO · Telegram. You can have both.
  • Once you have it, the card says Connect it on the WhatsApp page. Then follow Connect WhatsApp.

How the alerts work: see Outlook alerts on WhatsApp.

Change your plan

  1. Open Billing.
  2. On the plan you want, click Upgrade or Downgrade.

Your plan changes right away. You only pay the difference. The payment system works it out for you.

On a 12-month promise, you can only move up. Moving down waits until the 12 months are over.

Cancel your plan

  1. Open Billing.
  2. Click Cancel plan.
  3. Confirm. A secure page opens. Confirm there too.

Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Then it stops. Billing shows Ends with the date.

On a 12-month promise paid monthly, leaving early costs a small difference. The message tells you the amount before you confirm. The Subscription Terms explain it.

Get a refund

Changed your mind? You can get all your money back within 24 hours of a new purchase.

A new purchase is the first payment for a plan, or the first payment after a free trial. A one-off purchase counts too. Renewals are not refunded.

  1. Open Billing.
  2. Scroll down to Payments.
  3. Next to the payment, click Refund. The button shows how much time is left.
  4. Read the message. Then click the Refund button in it.
  • All of the money goes back to your card. Your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.
  • Your plan stops right away. You can no longer use it.
  • We email you a receipt for the refund.
  • You can do this yourself once for each service.

Paid with crypto? Want a second refund for the same service? Or no Refund button next to the payment? Ask Support in time: within 24 hours, or within 14 days for a crypto payment.

After that, a payment is not refunded. Your legal rights as a customer stay the same. The Subscription Terms explain this.

Receipts and invoices

After each payment, we email you a receipt. You can also find every invoice in Billing.

  1. Open Billing.
  2. Scroll down to Payments.
  3. Click PDF to download the invoice. Or click View to open it.

To change your card or see all invoices, click Manage subscription. Our payment partner, Stripe, opens a secure page.

Card payments are sold through Onelink, Stripe's reseller service. Your bank statement shows LINK.COM* and our name. Onelink issues the tax invoice.
