TAIKO alerts

TAIKO tells you when SENSEI publishes a new Outlook. On the web, every account gets it for free. With a TAIKO plan, your Outlooks can also come to Telegram. That plan is on sale soon. Outlook alerts on WhatsApp are coming soon too.

The bell

The bell is at the top of the page, next to the language button. You see it in GENKAN, the DOJO and KAGAMI. You also see it on our site when you are signed in.

A number on the bell shows how many new alerts you have.
Click the bell to see your latest alerts.
Click an alert to open that Outlook. It is then marked as read.
Click Mark all read to clear the number.
Click All Outlooks → to open the full list in the DOJO.

Each alert shows the market, the bias and the headline. With a plan, you also see the levels and the confidence.

Updates and results

After an Outlook comes out, the bell also tells you how it goes.

Update · SENSEI — the price reached a target. You see, for example, TP1 hit · +1.2R — Suggestion: move your stop to the entry price. After TP2 the suggestion is to move your stop to TP1, and so on. With a plan, a second line shows the stop before and after the move, and the next target.
Result · SENSEI — the Outlook is finished. You see, for example, TP2 · +2.06R · stopped at TP1, Stop · −1R, Not filled or Expired · +0.4R. Click it to open the result in Results.

Pop-ups

When a new Outlook comes out, a small box appears in a corner of the page.

Click Open to read the Outlook.
Click Load in KAGAMI ↗ to see it on a chart.
Click Close to hide it. Or press Esc.

A pop-up stays for 8 seconds. It waits while your mouse is over it. If many Outlooks come out at once, you see up to three. The rest wait in the bell.

You only get pop-ups while a ClawBack page is open in your browser. If no page is open, you find the alerts in the bell next time.

Sound and settings

At the bottom of the bell's list are two switches.

Pop-ups — turn pop-ups on or off.
Sound — turn the drum sound on or off.

The sound plays with a pop-up. Your browser only allows it after you have clicked on the page once.

Your choice is saved. It follows you to every ClawBack page.

Outlooks on Telegram

Telegram is a free messaging app. TAIKO can send your Outlooks there, even when no ClawBack page is open.

It comes with a TAIKO plan of its own. That plan is on sale soon. Billing doesn't show it yet.
It works together with an Outlooks plan. TAIKO sends only the Outlooks your plan lets you read in full.
An Outlook with a chart comes as that chart, with the message under it. The message shows the market, the bias and the headline. Then it shows the order, for example Order: Buy limit. If the Outlook waits for a candle to close past a price, it shows Order: Buy on confirmation and that close. Then come the entry, the stop, the targets and the links Open in DOJO and Load in KAGAMI.
Each time an Outlook reaches a target, a short update comes as a reply under the message. It has the same chart, the same stop suggestion as in the bell, and the same links.
When an Outlook is finished, its result comes as a reply under the message.

What you see today. Look at the Signals on Telegram tile on your GENKAN home page. Or click Telegram in the menu, in the TAIKO group.

With an Outlooks plan, you see Not in your plan. Click How it works to read about it.
Without an Outlooks plan, you see Needs Outlooks. Click See Outlooks plans to choose one first.
If the page shows Open Results ↗, click it. Results is a free Telegram channel for everyone. It shows every finished Outlook, wins and misses alike. Outlooks that were Not filled or that Expired are there too.
Finished results can also appear on our Instagram account. They go there only after they are on the Results channel.

How it works once your plan includes TAIKO. You choose how your Outlooks reach you:

Join the channels — private Telegram channels, one for each group of markets. In English or Farsi. The channels need an Outlooks plan with intraday Outlooks, 30 minutes or less.
Get them in chat — TAIKO writes to you directly, in your own language. Chat works for everyone with TAIKO.

You can switch at any time. Moving to chat takes you out of the channels. Moving back sends you new invites.

Connect Telegram

Once your plan includes TAIKO, you do this once. It links your ClawBack account to your Telegram account.

Open Telegram in TAIKO.
Choose Join the channels or Get them in chat.
Under Connect Telegram, click Open Telegram ↗. Or scan the square code with your phone's camera.
Telegram opens a chat with the TAIKO bot. Tap Start.
Go back to the page. It changes by itself and shows Connected.

The link works only once. It runs out after 15 minutes. To get a new link, click your choice again: Join the channels or Get them in chat.

One Telegram account can be linked to one ClawBack account only.

The channels

The channels are private. There is one for each group of markets: Crypto, Stocks & Indices, FX and Metals & Commodities.

Open Telegram in TAIKO and look at Your channels. The channels in your plan come first.
Next to a channel, click Open in Telegram ↗. If you see Join, click it first.
In Telegram, ask to join. TAIKO lets you in.

The channel then shows Joined. TAIKO also sends new invites to your Telegram chat.

Each invite works only for your own Telegram account. It runs out after a few days. Then click Join for a new one.
A channel opens to you when your Outlooks plan includes all of its markets, with intraday Outlooks. Intraday means 30 minutes or less.
No intraday in your plan, or only some of the markets? Use chat. Chat works for everyone with TAIKO.
A channel marked Not in your plan is not open to you. It needs an Outlooks plan with intraday for its markets. Click Add to your plan to see the plans.
Results is free for everyone. It shows every finished Outlook, wins and misses alike. Outlooks that were Not filled or that Expired are there too.
A channel marked Coming soon is not open yet.
The channels carry every Outlook of their markets, intraday too. Updates and results come as replies under each post.

One language at a time. Each channel is in English or in Farsi. You are in the channels of one language. Use the switch at the top of the list to see the other language. Click Join there to move. TAIKO then takes you out of the channels in your first language.

If your plan ends, or a market or intraday leaves it, TAIKO takes you out of that channel. You still have TAIKO, but no channel is left for you? Then TAIKO moves you to chat on its own and tells you in Telegram. Your settings stay the same. To go back to the channels, choose Join the channels once your plan has intraday for their markets.

Chat

TAIKO writes to you in your own Telegram chat. You set it up under Chat settings.

Language — pick one of 15 languages. Your Outlooks arrive in that language.
Delivery — Instant sends each Outlook as soon as it comes out. Daily digest sends one message a day. You pick the hour. It uses your own time zone.
Markets — the markets in your Outlooks plan. To add a market, change your plan in Billing.
Results — each result comes as a reply under its Outlook.

To check that it works, click Send me a test message. You can do this once a minute.

Pause or disconnect

In chat, to stop messages for a while, click Pause deliveries. To start again, click Resume deliveries. Nothing is lost. Every Outlook is still in the DOJO.
In your chat with the TAIKO bot, you can also send /pause, /resume or /stop.
To stop everything, click Disconnect on the Telegram page. TAIKO stops sending and takes you out of the channels. You can connect again later.

When your plan ends, TAIKO stops sending. To unlink your Telegram too, send /stop to the TAIKO bot.

If something goes wrong on Telegram

Telegram says the link has expired or was already used. On the Telegram page in TAIKO, click your choice again. You get a new link.
Telegram says this account is already connected to another ClawBack account. Send /stop to the TAIKO bot. This unlinks it from the other account. Then get a new link on the Telegram page and connect again.
No messages arrive. Check that deliveries are not paused. Click Send me a test message. If you blocked the TAIKO bot, unblock it and connect again.
You left a channel by mistake. TAIKO sends you a new invite in Telegram within a few minutes. Or click Join on the Telegram page.

Outlook alerts on WhatsApp

WhatsApp is a free messaging app. TAIKO can tell you on WhatsApp when an Outlook is ready.

This is coming soon. It is not on sale yet. Nothing on the WhatsApp page works yet. Below is how it will work once it is on sale.

What you see today.

In the menu, in the TAIKO group, WhatsApp sits under Telegram. It has a small Soon badge.
The WhatsApp page says Outlook alerts on WhatsApp — coming soon.
On your GENKAN home page, the TAIKO · WhatsApp tile says Coming soon.
If you see Use Telegram meanwhile →, Telegram alerts are on sale. Click it to set them up instead.

How it works once it is on sale.

It is a TAIKO plan of its own. It is separate from TAIKO · Telegram. You can have both.
It works together with an Outlooks plan. You get alerts only for Outlooks your plan lets you read in full.
The messages come from ClawBack's own WhatsApp number.
A message only says that an Outlook you follow is ready, or has an update. It never says the market, the levels or anything else about it.
Each message has a button: Open Outlook. Tap it to read the Outlook in the DOJO. Sign in if asked.
Every message ends with a short note: it is for learning, not advice. Read the Risk Disclaimer.

A message looks like this: Your ClawBack Outlook alert: a new Outlook you follow is ready. Reply STOP to turn these alerts off.

Connect WhatsApp

Once your plan includes WhatsApp alerts, you do this once. It links your ClawBack account to your WhatsApp. You don't need an SMS or a password.

Open WhatsApp in GENKAN. Look at Connect WhatsApp.
Under Choose your alerts, pick your Language.
Pick your Delivery: Daily digest or Instant. For the daily digest, also pick the hour.
Under Agree to the alerts, read the sentence. Then tick the box. It is never ticked for you.
Click Get my code.
On a phone, click Open WhatsApp ↗. WhatsApp opens a chat with ClawBack. A message is already typed in. It carries your code, for example: Connect my ClawBack account. Code: CB-7KQ4-M2XD
On a computer, scan the square code with your phone instead. Or click Copy message and send it yourself in WhatsApp.
In WhatsApp, press send.
Go back to the page. It changes by itself. It shows Connected as +44 •••• ••• 123, with your own number.

Good to know:

Sending the message is free.
You chat with ClawBack's own number. The page shows it, so you know it's us.
We never show your full number. You only see its last digits.
The code works only once. It runs out after 15 minutes. Then click Get a new code.
To change your choices before you send, click Change. Your code stays the same.
One WhatsApp number can be connected to one ClawBack account only.

Your alert settings

Once you are connected, you find your settings under Alert settings on the WhatsApp page.

Language — pick one of 15 languages. Your alerts arrive in that language.
Delivery — how your alerts come. See below.
Markets — the markets in your Outlooks plan. To add a market, change your plan in Billing.
This month — a bar shows how many instant alerts you used. For example: 62 of 100 instant alerts used this month.
Pause alerts — stops the alerts for a while. To start again, click Resume alerts. Nothing is lost. Every Outlook is still in the DOJO.
Send me a test message — checks that alerts reach you. You can do this once an hour.

Daily digest is the starting choice. You get one message a day, at the hour you pick. It uses your own time zone. It says how many Outlooks are new or updated. Tap Open Outlooks to see them in the DOJO. If nothing is new, no message comes.

Instant sends a message the moment an Outlook you follow is ready or has an update.

You can get up to 100 instant alerts a month.
After that, they come in your daily alert until the 1st of next month. You still get everything, once a day.
The daily alert never counts.
A test counts as one instant alert.
A finished result doesn't send its own message. It is counted in your daily alert.

Stop the alerts

To stop for good, send STOP in your WhatsApp chat with ClawBack. This works any time, whatever your plan.
Or click Disconnect on the WhatsApp page. It asks first: Disconnect WhatsApp? Click Disconnect again to confirm.
To stop for a while, click Pause alerts. To start again, click Resume alerts. You can also send PAUSE or RESUME in the chat.

After STOP, the page says WhatsApp alerts are stopped. To start again:

Click Connect again.
Agree to the alerts again and get a new code.
Send it from WhatsApp, as when you first connected.

Sending START alone doesn't start the alerts again.

When your plan ends, nothing more is sent. If you get the plan again, your alerts start again.

Your account keeps a record of when you agreed and when you stopped. See What you accepted.

If something goes wrong on WhatsApp

WhatsApp says the code has expired or was already used. On the WhatsApp page, click Get a new code. Send the new message within 15 minutes.
WhatsApp says this account is already connected to another ClawBack account. Send STOP in that WhatsApp chat. This stops the alerts on the other account. Then get a new code on the WhatsApp page and connect again.
WhatsApp says it can't deliver to numbers in your country. WhatsApp alerts don't work in a few countries. Use Telegram there.
The page says WhatsApp alerts are stopped. You sent STOP, or you blocked ClawBack in WhatsApp. Click Connect again.
The page says WhatsApp alerts aren't arriving. The badge says Unreachable. WhatsApp didn't accept our last messages. Check that the number still uses WhatsApp. Check that you haven't blocked ClawBack. Then click Connect again.
No messages arrive. Check that alerts are not paused. With the daily digest, a message comes once a day. It comes only when something is new. Click Send me a test message.
Instant alerts stopped, and a daily alert came instead. You used this month's instant alerts. They come back on the 1st.
You tapped Open Outlook and see a sign-in page. Sign in. The Outlook opens after that.
